Our Story

Our story began with a passion for wellness and a desire to share it with others. At Selah Holistic Therapy & Wellbeing Services, we believe that every individual has the potential to improve and transform their life and reach their full potential. We offer a range of self-care services and well-being activities that are accessible and relevant to the maintenance of your emotional and physical health.

Our Team

Our team of well-being experts are passionate about helping you achieve your personal growth and development goals. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community and are dedicated to supporting your wellness journey.

Our team includes various professionals from different disciplines who work together to provide integrated care focused on supporting you as a whole, rather than just addressing any isolated symptoms. By collaborating and combining our expertise, we promote healing and overall well-being for clients who work with us.

The team includes Psychologists, Therapist and Counsellors, Nutritionist, Fitness Trainers and a variation of Wellbeing Practitioners and Instructors, who all adhere to their relative practice guidelines and professional codes of conduct.

Psychologists Therapist and Counsellors

Our trained Psychologist and Therapists offer individual and group therapy sessions to partner with you to work through life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience and are dedicated to supporting your emotional needs and requirements.

We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Person-centred Therapy amongst other therapeutic approaches and work with a wide variation of mental health, relational and emotional difficulties. Well-being Practitioners and Fitness Instructors

Everyone deserves to feel their best. We offer a collection of complementary therapies and physical health activities aimed to improve how you feel in your body. Sessions are designed to help you prioritise your well-being and achieve your physical development goals. We offer a collection of activities (virtual and face to face) that support your energy flow. This includes mindfulness, meditation and reflective practices.

Community Event Coordinators

Community events and Wellness groups offer a lot of enjoyment and time to connect with new people. Our community event coordinators offer a collection of social activities to simply have fun, and more good times. Activities are designed to support social connectivity and the local community.
